About the position

Position open to all races

Works closely with bookkeeper;
Reports to CFO.

Responsibilities:

Is mainly responsible for the financial accounting function of Holdings company and group entities:

• Finalisation of Trial Balances
• Monthly management accounts;
• Consolidation of Holdings company entities;
• Annual financial statements preparation and finalisation ;
• Annual budget preparation; and
• Audit oversight.
• Ensures compliance with Comapny's statutory obligations.
• Taxation;
• Companies' Act;
• FICA / KYC;
• FSB

Qualifications and Experience:

• B Com, with at least 10 - 15 years experience
• No preference for race or gender

Desired Skills:

• Financial Accounting
• Financial Reporting Management
• Financial compliance

Desired Work Experience:

• More than 10 years Middle / Department Management
