About the position
Position open to all races
Works closely with bookkeeper;
Reports to CFO.
Responsibilities:
Is mainly responsible for the financial accounting function of Holdings company and group entities:
- Finalisation of Trial Balances
- Monthly management accounts;
- Consolidation of Holdings company entities;
- Annual financial statements preparation and finalisation ;
- Annual budget preparation; and
- Audit oversight.
Ensures compliance with Comapny's statutory obligations.
- Taxation;
- Companies' Act;
- FICA / KYC;
- FSB; and
Qualifications and Experience:
- CA(SA), with at least 3 years post articles experience OR
- B Com, with at least 10 years experience
- Essential: experience within financial services or private equity
- No preference for race or gender
