Your Role

In this role, you will lead the financial division and keep the company’s accounts in perfect order. You will work closely with the factory management team to help optimize production costs and workforce efficiency. Job Description

• Prepare full monthly management accounts and trial balances.
• Analyze and verify production costs for steel fabrication materials.
• Manage the weekly payroll system for the factory production workforce.
• Create accurate annual budgets and track monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Handle monthly and annual tax compliance for VAT and PAYE.
• Reconcile stock accounts, including raw materials and work-in-progress.
• Supervise and guide junior clerical staff within the finance office.
• Identify smart ways to reduce material waste on the factory floor.
• Present clear and simple financial reports to the executive directors.

What You Need to Apply

• Extensive experience preparing full financial reports within a manufacturing company.
• A solid understanding of factory production environments and raw material tracking.
• Experience or comfort working alongside a large, active production workforce.
• Good practical skills using accounting software and standard spreadsheets.
• A relevant accounting qualification, degree, or diploma is highly advantageous.
