Junior Financial Controller (qualified accountant)
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and strategic growth. Working closely with a high-performing finance team, you'll help ensure that every figure, forecast, and report is accurate, insightful, and actionable - driving clarity and confidence in decision-making across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Qualified accountant - CA(SA), CIMA, Profressional Accountant (SAIPA) - with post articles commercial experience and extensive accounting experience from a group level across multi-jurisdiction / multi-currency.
- Solid knowledge of FRS102, as well as being familiar with UK PAYE regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing accounting records, including issuing of customer invoices and processing of supplier bills
- Processing journals for deferral of revenue, and costs according to revenue recognition criteria for various business verticals; payroll, accruals/prepayments, FX revaluations for client deposits / revenue recognition
- Preparing financial reports and management accounts at group consolidated level
- Monitoring internal controls and expenditure
- Assisting monitor compliance with regulations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Analysing financial / non-financial data
- Assisting with statutory audit inquiries and responses
- Ensuring accuracy of financial information
- Participating in budgeting process
- Managing financial transactions, and strict controls around payments, and expense cards
- Working capital management (cash flow evaluation & projections)
- 3 days per week to work a set number of hours, to cover US operations.
- Assisting with month end close, and preparation of VAT reports.
