Our client,  within the logistics industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys working with data, streamlining processes, and contributing to meaningful business improvement.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team where accountability, transparency, and ownership are key. The role offers strong exposure to financial reporting, data analysis, and process development, perfect for someone looking to build a solid foundation in financial strategy and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance function through detailed analysis, reporting, and insights.
  
  
• Drive process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient financial systems.
  
  
• Manage and interpret financial data to inform operational decisions.
  
  
• Assist with portfolio management and reporting across the logistics division.
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure transparency and accountability in all financial activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualifications: BCom / BFin (Honours preferred) or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  
  
• Preferred: CFA, Supply Chain Management, or Data Analytics background.
  
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  
  
• Resilient, practical, and well-suited to a small, entrepreneurial environment.
  
  
• Excellent data management and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

Work Environment

• Based in Constantia, Cape Town.
  
  
• Flexible working hours with a hybrid setup, primarily in-office, with some remote work permitted.
