The Role: Financial Administrator
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who excels in a dynamic, growing business environment. You'll support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and helping streamline financial processes as the company scales. This position offers a clear development path to a Junior Financial Accountant role and is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, problem-solving, and contributing to the success of an ambitious brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations in Xero (bank, supplier, payments, journals).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support stock control and cost accounting processes.
• Ensure all supplier and customer information is kept up to date.
• Help implement improved financial systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with management to provide timely and insightful financial data.
• Maintain an organised filing system for all financial documentation.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
• Proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable).
• Strong Excel skills, confident with formulas, pivots, and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Manufacturing or FMCG experience is advantageous.
• Studying towards or interested in pursuing accounting qualifications (SAIPA, CIMA, SAICA) is beneficial.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
