A well-established and rapidly growing trucking and logistics group is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your financial expertise will directly support operational success and business growth.
 


Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-article experience
  • Strong understanding of the full finance function
  • Experience in logistics, transport, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a demanding environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full financial function
  • Preparation and review of financial reports
  • Managing general ledger accounts and reconciliations
  • Processing and reviewing bank statements
  • Overseeing creditors and debtors
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
