Whether reconciling accounts or driving improvements in processes, you take ownership and pride in everything you do. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation's financial systems, reporting and internal controls. This includes full debtors and creditors management, cash flow, journals, accruals, and provisions. You'll review GLs, compile month-end reports, and play a key role in budgets, forecasting and variance analysis. You'll also manage fixed assets, oversee compliance, update financial policies, and lead your team to maintain performance standards. This role gives you broad exposure across the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with people leadership Where you'll be doing it You'll be part of a respected and established business in the logistics and supply chain sector. You'll bring 3-5 years' experience in a finance or admin leadership role, ideally in a logistics environment. You must have excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills, advanced Excel and SAP experience, and a solid grasp of internal controls and audit practices.
