About the position

Financial Accountant (Officer Level)

  • Person needs to have Finance degree or National diploma
  • At least 5 years’ experience
  • Preferably Pastel experience or related Sage packages
  • GL postings
  • Financial Administration
    • Accounts payable (Creditors payments processing and recons)
    • Accounts receivables (debtors invoices and statements, credit control, recons)
    • Cashbook
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Fixed asset register management
    • GL posting
    • Monthly Accountant
  • Monthly management accounts (to be trained up)
  • Preparations for external audit
