About the position

26 Bedroom Boutique Hotel, with 2 Restaurants, Spa and a Working Winery, requires a Well-Presented, Hands-On and Seasoned Financial Manager, who has the experience to run the Full Financial Function using his/her Operational and Commercial Skills within the Hospitality Environment. Your duties will include leading the Finance Team of 4; completing a detailed Monthly Reporting Pack which includes P&L Variances and Financial Reports segmented into Rooms, F&B, Spa, Winery, Restaurants and Retail, to a strict deadline. You will also need to create Financial Models to increase Profits, without losing the High-end Customer Feel!
You will be the Right-Hand to the G.M and will report to the Finance Ops Director internationally, as this is one of a Collection of Award-Winning Retreats across the Globe.

BCom/BCom Hons. Articles.
At least 10 years' experience at Financial Manager Level within the Hospitality Environment.
Point of Sale and Property Management experience essential.
