Finance Manager (Remote - South Africa)

Hire Resolve’s client in the recycling industry is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial strategy, reporting, and controls while working closely with the CEO and management team. The ideal candidate will ensure strong financial planning, compliance, and operational efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
?? Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
?? Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and internal controls.
?? Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
?? Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
?? Supervise and support financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable.
?? Maintain and enhance financial systems (QuickBooks, Airtable, etc.).
?? Lead and develop the finance team, fostering efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
?? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
?? Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA) is advantageous.
?? 6+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.
?? Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is essential.
?? Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
?? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
?? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. (Own Laptop and reliable internet required)

Benefits/Package:
The CTC for this position is market related (Around R80 000 per month) However, negotiable dependent on candidate expertise and culture fit!
