A long-standing and progressive law firm, established in 1984, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to take full ownership of its financial operations. This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to a commercially astute professional who understands the regulatory and operational complexities of a legal practice and can provide strategic financial direction while maintaining strong governance and control. This position carries end-to-end responsibility for the firm's finance function. Key areas include management of Trust Accounts, oversight of LPC and Fidelity Fund compliance, and supervision of the complete accounting cycle. The role further encompasses financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audit preparation, statutory compliance, and delivering financial guidance to partners and management to support informed decision-making.
