About the position
A well-established and growing business in the healthcare and laboratory services sector is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and provide strategic financial support to the business.
????????????????????????:
? BCom Accounting, Finance or a related qualification.
?CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or other relevant professional designation would be advantageous.
?Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance/accounting role, ideally including management-level experience.
?Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
?Experience managing and developing a finance team.
?Strong knowledge of VAT and statutory compliance requirements.
?Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems experience.
?Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
?Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
?Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with senior management.
?Experience within a healthcare, laboratory, medical services or similarly regulated environment would be advantageous.
