Overview of position/KPIs
Reporting to the Group FM, the successful incumbent will play a key role in financial controls, reporting, audits, projects and management packs across the group. Hands-on / operational role.
Annual Financial Statements.
Internal and external audit processes.
Management packs and reporting.
Financial controls and compliance.
Budgets and forecasts.
Project and capital expenditure tracking.
Property related financial administration and reconciliations.
System and process improvements.
Assisting in managing and developing finance staff.
Salary Bracket
Market-related and dependent on experience, qualifications, and current / previous salary package.
