You're a detail-driven finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement. You thrive on analysing numbers, leading teams and ensuring financial integrity across the board. You're a confident communicator, ethically grounded, and enjoy building financial strategies that support sustainable growth.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee all financial management and reporting activities for the business. From preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements to budgeting, forecasting and compliance, your day will be varied and impactful. You'll lead and mentor a Financial Accountant, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Your work will play a crucial role in guiding operational and strategic decision-making in a purpose-led environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, and professional registration is preferred. A postgraduate qualification would be a plus. You'll need at least 5 years' experience in financial management or accounting, with strong expertise in reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance and internal controls is key. Experience in the renewable energy or EPC sectors will set you apart, as will proficiency in Xero and Excel.
