About the position

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Finance Manager and Senior Payroll role
  • Previous experience managing payroll for 1000+ employees, ideally in a sales or contact centre environment
  • Hands-on experience with the following systems: SAGE 300 People & SAP
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Cloud-based finance systems
  • Strong understanding and submission experience of EMP201s and EMP501s
  • Solid knowledge of payroll legislation, SARS submissions, and financial compliance
  • Market Related salary

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Able to lead and work closely with HR and compliance teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
