Finance Manager

About the position

We are in search of a committed and seasoned Finance Manager to take charge of our finance team. The perfect candidate will possess a robust foundation in finance and accounting. This role requires someone with a proven track record of effective financial management and strategic planning, capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Providing financial analysis and insights to senior management
• Leading and mentoring finance team members

Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Exposure to Middle Eastern entities is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
