About the position
DBN000111 –FINANCE MANAGER - BALLITO
Purpose of the Job:
To Ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability by managing funds, planning for the future, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Finance with a minimum of five years in financial management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, develop and manage the organisation’s full financial function
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting in alignment with the orginisation’s legal requirements
- Leading of the organisations’ accounting operations, including AP & AR
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and sustainability
- Financial planning, analysis and management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies
- Project Financial management – Regulatory programs
- Management reporting
- Financial systems development and oversight
