About the position

Introduction

The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager and the exposure and responsibilities will include the following:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate capturing of data and stock on system

• handling of payment queries
• Purchase orders
• Scan and file all documentation on Qdocs
• Administrate transfers and issues of packaging and chemicals on Syspro
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting and reconciliation
• Assist with stock takes and internal and external audits

• Purchase order maintenance

• Record keeping of imports

• Ad hoc finance reporting and requests

• Ad hoc financial duties
