About the position
- Conduct monthly recharge invoicing, review the received recharged invoices and distribute to the relevant business and operational areas.
- Review monthly actuals in Power BI and SAP.
- Review quarterly forecast and analyse for savings and overbudget.
- Accurately load the updated forecast into SAP.
- Engage with stakeholders for governance and proactively address and resolve all escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate budget process and follow up with managers to ensure timely submission of budget information.
- Review and sign off on project closeout reports for initiatives and CAPEX projects in SAP and facilitate signing for actuals.
- Communicate deadlines for accrual submissions and supporting documents.
- Review and approve notes for all Purchase Requisitions.
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews of outstanding POs and PRs to ensure timely processing.
- Review loaded budget in SAP across all cost centres to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare a reconciliation of key vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
Formal qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma or equivalent in relevant IM or Finance discipline.
- Relevant SAP Certification
Experience:
- 5 -years working experience in a similar role
Technical knowledge (experience) required for role:
- Proven accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficient Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively present financial information
- Experience with analysis and benchmarking of financial/business data
