About the position
A well-established and growing organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager / CFO-Designate to take ownership of its financial operations, drive financial strategy, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to the organisation’s long-term growth and commercial success.
Requirements:
? A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CA(SA), CIMA, or another relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
? Extensive experience in financial management, financial control, or a senior finance leadership role.
? Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
? Experience in strategic financial planning, commercial analysis, and business performance management.
? Sound knowledge of applicable tax legislation, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
? Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? A strategic, commercially minded approach with the ability to operate at both operational and executive levels.
