Our client is looking to employ a Finance Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing referral commission and following up on outstanding payments
Processing supplier and internal invoices
Capturing EFT payments and receipts into the cashbook
Banking: loading beneficiaries and payments
Processing and receipting credit card transactions
Recording EFT deposits
Assisting with reconciliation
Issuing proof of payments
General office administration and filing
Assisting with finance-related queries
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 with Accountancy and Mathematics
Completed tertiary Accountancy qualification (NQF6 or higher)
Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook essential
3 - 5 years' relevant admin / finance experience (compulsory)
Disciplined, proactive, and self-motivated
Able to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder interaction
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
