FINANCE CLERK LOCATION PRETORIA PURPOSE
POSITION TYPE 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
o
Receive invoices
o
Check invoices for correctness, verification and approval (internal control)
o
Process invoices (e.g. capture payments)
o
Filing of all documents
o
Collection of cash
o
Receive salary advices.
o
Process advices (e.g. check advices for correctness, capture salaries, bonuses, salary adjustments, capture all deductions etc).
o
File all documents
o
Capture all financial transactions
o
Clear suspense accounts
o
Record debtors and creditors
o
Process electronic banking transactions
o
Compile journals
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
Desired Skills:
- Public Service financial legislations
- procedures and Treasury regulations

- 2 to 5 years
