Hire Resolve's client's company, a reputable construction company based in Bellville, Cape Town, is seeking a Finance Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Processing invoices and reconciling payments
- Handling payroll processing and related tasks
- Maintaining financial records and assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing support to the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with payroll processing is an advantage
