Finance Business Partner at Resourgenix

About the position

• Lead and oversee the financial activities of the GTM Finance Business Partner team.
• Provide strategic financial insights and support to GTM and BU leaders to drive data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and manage GTM budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
• Oversee P&L management and deliver in-depth reporting on BU, customer, and project profitability.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Own the end-to-end order intake and commissions process.
• Evaluate commercial decisions through tender, margin, and pricing analyses.
• Review and approve pricing proposals within the designated framework.
• Directly manage the GTM Financial Business Partners, with a focus on the Data and Business Applications GTM.
