About the position

Postion Summary:
To oversee the day-to-day requirements for local and international travel specific to business needs. Complete this function within the policies and procedures of PFMA framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• To complete domestic and international travel based on authorised requests received from travellers Invoices to be matched to supporting docs to prepare for data capturing
• Perform other financial duties as when requiredFiling of financial paperwork

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma / Advanced Certificate / NQF 6

Minimum Experience:

• 1-1 years

• National Diploma in Finance / Accounting

Experience:

• 1 Year in an office environment

Knowledge:

• This position earmarked for training the successful incumbent in all areas of administration, finance and travel bookings
