Our client is a rapidly growing FMCG and retail business based in Centurion. As the company scales, they're looking for a Finance & Operations Manager who can help bridge the gap between finance, operations, stock, customers and future technology initiatives. The business still has a number of manual processes, creating a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving and implementing smarter ways of working. This role will suit someone who is equally comfortable analysing sales data in Excel as they are walking through a warehouse to understand operational challenges firsthand. You'll be the type of person who doesn't just report on what happened, you'll help shape what happens next.
