About the position
Avacare Health is seeking A finance Analyst responsible to provide accurate financial reporting on company's profitability, solvency, and identify business opportunities in where applicable. Analyse business financial performance, trends and recommend ways to generate more resources and improve the revenue of an organisation.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- 2 years' experience as a Finance Analyst in a multinational organisation or listed organisation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or any relevant qualification
- Financial Analysis - extensive experience in financial management, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Modelling Skills- Ability to design, build and test financial models for different scenarios and purposes.
- Budgeting and forecasting - understanding budgets and create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue and any other finance projects
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Oversee projects that relate directly to an organization's revenue and expenses, cash flow, long-term investments, and [URL Removed] cost-benefit analyses for projects across departments while identifying areas where cash flow and revenue can be improved.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast modelsAnalyze financial data and prepare reports and forecast based on analysisIdentify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvementTrack and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecastsOrganize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share
