About the position
This role is based in Hammarsdale
Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment?
We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team where you will gain exposure to both financial and operational processes.
This role is based in Hammarsdale
Requirements:
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 3 years of FMCG experience in a finance or accounting role
- Syspro experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
The Role:
- Full finance admin function including invoices, payments, and reporting
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
- Stock take coordination and inventory reconciliation
- Managing BOM and monitoring WIP variances
- Syspro job closures and purchase order management
- Working closely with production, procurement, and external partners
