Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and organisational excellence? We're looking for a proactive Finance & Operations Administrator to manage bookkeeping, reporting, payroll, and executive support functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Compliance - Capture transactions, maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, manage VAT/EMP returns, and prepare audit files.
- Financial Reporting - Produce monthly management reports, build dashboards, forecast cash flow, and conduct cost analysis.
- Payroll & HR Admin - Process payroll, track leave, maintain employee files, and support onboarding/offboarding.
- Executive Assistance - Manage calendars, prepare meeting packs, coordinate travel, and track director expenses.
- Administration & Compliance - Handle petty cash, insurance schedules, compliance trackers, and recurring payments.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Excel-based reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
