Finance & Admin Manager

About the position

The Finance & Admin Manager will manage and develop the departments financial systems and reporting, always ensuring accuracy and acting to meet the Business Units goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
• 5 - 10 years' accounting experience in a Engineering, Renewable Energy or Similar

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate information gathering for monthly management and financial reports.
• Review of all contracts, generate invoices and present customer monthly reports.
• Implement and manage administrative and accounting systems and procedures.
• Monitor compliance of department and company procedures.
• Implementing improvement and corrective action to meet or exceed all KPI's.
• Develop a training program to ensure staff are competent to perform their duties.
• Preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure quotations and bids are effectively reviewed, relative to price, terms and risk.
• Ensure that the highest standards of Corporate Governance are adhered to.
