- Base Salary - R12k
- Fuel - R5k per month
- Vehicle Maintenance - R6K per quarter (Agency to manage this payment and supply proof of vehicle service and repair)
- Vehicle Insurance - R1K Agency to ensure Technician vehicle is insured and insurance certificate to be supplied.
- Additionally, we will pay a commission of R180 per call once minimum call closure of 70 calls per month is achieved.
- R1000 for Cell phone
- Receipts will need to be provided for Cell phone and Fuel
Provide onsite technical support across the CLIENTS suite of products, outsourced services, and customer solutions, to maintain CLIENTS products and optimize client service. Responsible to assist with hardware problems, removing and replacing faulty equipment, updating documentation, and reporting [URL Removed] site inspection and assess site readiness, provide a complete detailed design to accurately meet installation and customer specification requirements.
- Conduct site installations based on client specifications, including verifying the product/solution is in working order.
- Ensure customer product training takes place after site installations.
- Provide onsite technical maintenance as per customer request and achieve fault resolution.
- Identify trends in faults and share them with the service manager and technical department.
- Assist with multi-party (Vendors, Financial Institutions, Cash in Transit) site visits, installations, support, and escalation of investigations.
- Perform specialized onsite technical support for cash management outsourced clientsSLA Management
- Achieve and improve SLA benchmarks with CLIENTS customers within agreed timelines. Escalate to Helpdesk when multiple calls are received simultaneously.
Administration - Accurate completion of supporting information according to process requirements (on-site findings and resolutions) submit to the service center.
- Attendance of internal and external meetings.
- Respond to alerts, instructions, and process updates communicated.
- Utilization of CLIENTS Technician Mobile App - Report for work, acknowledge assigned cases, complete job card for work carried out, and resolve cases.
Stock management - Responsible for maintaining accurate boot stock levels in line with all product requirements.
- Submit accurate stocks taking the information as per scheduled time and dates.
- Return faulty stock to Logistics and drive order management in line with required SLAs and process [URL Removed] & Safety
- Maintain PPE equipment (e.g., reflectors, jackets, safety boots) as per defined process and procedures to ensure safe and professional working conditions.
- Submission of toolbox audits as per scheduled times and dates.
- Maintain first-aid kit and fire extinguisher supplied.
- Comply with CLIENTS absolute health & safety rules.
CLIENTS Vehicle Management - Adherence to CLIENTS Motor Fleet Driver Policy & Procedure.
- Adherence to CLIENTS Driver Guide.
