The Role: Field (Lead Generation) Sales Agent
You will generate leads and qualify prospects in designated field areas, creating sales opportunities for the business. The role suits outgoing, extroverted individuals who enjoy meeting people and driving measurable impact through consistent activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads in the field.
• Engage with potential customers at events or door-to-door.
• Present product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Work towards monthly targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain professionalism and authenticity in all interactions.

About You

• Matric certificate or higher.
• Extroverted personality (validated through screening).
• Motivated, self-driven, and confident communicator.
• Adaptable yet focused; honest and accountable.
• Own car and transport (R2,000 allowance).
• Commission-driven mindset with a hunger to achieve.
• Company tablet and data provided.
