Field Engineer / Installer

About the position

Well-established company based in East London are seeking a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Must have Grade 12 (Matric) - certificate to be provided on submission
• A+ and N+ certification to be provided on submission
• Must have OA (Office Automation – Printer) experience
• Completed My-Ricoh development areas will be advantageous
• PBX / CCTV experience will be advantageous
• Own tool bag
• Valid Driver’s License

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service and repair all of all equipment in the field
• Keep service callout records up to date by completing all service calls
• Take responsibility for boot stock allocated to yourself
• Fully install MFP, lay cabling (when and if required) and supply training to the client
• Must be open and willing to be cross trained over all lines of business

Skills and Attributes

• Presentable, punctual with excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, motivated, innovative and a team player

Other Assignments

• Attend required Product Training both online and classroom

Working Conditions

• Monday to Fridays 08:00am to 16:30pm
