Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) coordination, with a focus on oil and gas project management engineering. This role requires expertise in EPC phases, including engineering, material procurement, and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
  • Coordinate and manage HSE activities across various project phases.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HSE Coordinator.
  • Relevant work experience in oil and gas project management engineering.
  • Experience in EPC phases with an emphasis on construction management.
  • Technically qualified to support projects effectively.
  • Preferred certification: OSHA for Safety background.
  • Advanced technical and soft skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Professional and well-presented personality.
