Is this you?
You're a proactive and persuasive relationship builder with a knack for spotting opportunities and securing partnerships. Organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in a field-based role that blends technical insight with commercial acumen. You're comfortable working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and engaging with senior stakeholders. The idea of contributing to a greener planet isn't just appealing, it motivates your daily work.
You'll be the driving force behind sourcing and securing high-quality organic waste feedstock, vital to the operations of a leading biogas facility. From identifying new suppliers in the food, beverage, and waste sectors, to negotiating agreements and coordinating logistics, your work will directly support the production of renewable energy. Your success will be measured by the volume and quality of feedstock you deliver, making your contribution both visible and impactful.
Our client is a pioneer in sustainable waste management and renewable energy, operating a high-capacity anaerobic digestion plant in Cape Town. By converting organic waste into bio-methane, green CO2, and fertiliser, they're helping power a circular economy. The team enables a hands-on, mission-driven environment where each role is integral to environmental progress.

Experience in procurement, sales, or business development is essential, along with knowledge of organic waste streams. You'll need excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, plus a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
Alongside a competitive salary, you'll gain a unique opportunity to shape the sustainability agenda in the Western Cape. Expect a dynamic work environment, growth potential, and the satisfaction of seeing the tangible impact of your work.
