The Unique Opportunity
Most professionals spend 15 years climbing the ladder to reach a Boardroom. In this role, you will:
- Hold Fiduciary Power: Act as a co-signatory on client bank accounts to authorize multi-million Rand transactions.
- Earn Your Seat: Be appointed as a Director on specific client entities to provide oversight and risk mitigation.
- Build an Elite Network: Work directly with Senior Compliance, Vetting, and Business Development teams in the funding sector.
Your Mission
- The Guardian: Review and approve client payments, ensuring total alignment between purchase orders, invoices, and funding mandates.
- The Oversight: Monitor financial transactions for irregularities and proactively flag risks before they escalate.
- The Bridge: Liaise between suppliers, clients, and internal departments to keep operational wheels turning smoothly.
- The Representative: Ensure every transaction follows strict governance standards and internal policies.
Who You Are
- Principled: You have a "squeaky clean" record and a rock-solid moral compass (Background, financial, and integrity checks are mandatory).
- Analytical: You can spot a financial discrepancy from a mile away and understand the "why" behind the numbers.
- Accountable: You are comfortable with the legal responsibility of being a Bank Co-Signatory and a Company Director.
- Ambitious: You are looking for a high-responsibility role that offers a unique "Director-level" stamp on your professional profile.
