Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree / Equivalent
3+ years design experience
- Solid understanding of fit, fabrics, finishes and construction.
- Managing print development process.
- Creating presentation boards for use at concept and development review
- Setting up detailed tech packs
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel and MS Word

Overview of Position
Adobe Illustrator
- Footwear, headwear, underwear, socks, bags, swimwear.
- Create prints.
- Obtain pantone codes.
- Create catalogues.
- Presentations.
- Trend forecasts.
- Create artwork/graphics.
- Create hangtags and packaging
Photoshop
- Edit images.
- Deep etch images.
- Create print patterns.
- Create ads / banners / social media posts.
- Understand difference between CMUK and RGB with regards to print and digital.
- Know the difference between JPEG/PNG/PDF/HEIC.
- Create a page to a specific dimension.
MS Excel
- Using Excel for Tech Packs /Spec Sheets
