You'll oversee the full production lifecycle of a high-volume manufacturing plant, leading a team of approximately 80 people, including 15 direct reports. You'll manage planning, maintenance, safety compliance, shift performance, and operational problem-solving, all while keeping output on target. Your leadership will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and your presence on the floor will set the tone for a strong, reliable team culture.

A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in senior production or factory management. You'll have worked in heavy or automated manufacturing, be confident managing shifts and systems, and bring strong technical problem-solving skills, leadership presence, and a no-nonsense approach.
