About the position
A well-established company is seeking to appoint a Facilities Supervisor - Maintenance
The purpose is to perform a supervisory role in directing the maintenance of all RIM facilities to ensure preventative maintenance along with emergency repairs of all premises & equipment with adherence to Occupational Health and safety procedures and monitor/ assess day to day maintenance and projects delivery by relevant contractors and in-house maintenance team.
Qualification:
- National diploma (NQF 6) in Facilities Management or any related fields, such as building management, including project management certification.
- Bachelor ’s Degree will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years -experience in a facilities management.
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Knowledge of OHSA
- Computer Literacy
- Awareness of Heritage operating norms and standards
- General Health and Safety awareness
- Department of Public Works regulations
- Disaster and Safety regulations
- Environmental regulations
