Salary scale is R327 209 per annum. Job Grade (C4). The closing date for applications will be Wednesday, 26 October 2022. To be responsible for the effective implementation of facilities and properties management, drafting of maintenance specifications, inspection of facilities and properties, fleet management, occupational health & safety processes, travelling and facilities sustenance functions.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where some standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

A valid Code EB (08) driver's license.
Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word and Power Point.
