About the position
Contract type: Independent Contractor (Self-Employed)
Location: Remote (South Africa) - occasional client visits if needed
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients (gyms, clubs, studios, service providers, climbing gyms).
- Deliver online product presentations and demos.
- Negotiate terms and close new contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Report sales activities and meet agreed sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS / IT / software solutions).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of the IT / SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Our competitive package is based on three elements:
- Base monthly retainer (fixed fee under contractor agreement),
- Attractive commission for each closed sale,
- Performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
