About the position
A Well established company in Sandton is seeking and External Sales Representative to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience in the Glass and Aluminium industry
- Target and deadline driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading sales initiatives, promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Coordinating the recruitment, onboarding and training of new Sales Representatives
- Developing sales budgets, forecasting revenue and approving related expenditures
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance using key quantitative metrics
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints to ensure service excellence
- Establishing discount structures and pricing strategies
- Representing the organization in dealings with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients
- Setting clear sales targets and performance objectives
- Managing and guiding the sales team to achieve operational excellence
- Exploring and evaluating emerging markets for new business opportunities
- Expanding the customer base by acquiring new clients
- Managing debtors to ensure timely collections and minimize credit risk
