External Sales Representative

About the position

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented External Sales Representative to generate new business and manage key client relationships. You'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, engaging directly with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that align with our suite of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning the company's services accordingly.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of target achievement
• Afrikaans and English speaking (fully bilingual)
• 3+ years' experience in IT solution sales

What we offer:
Base salary: R30,000
Commission: uncapped, extremely high earning potential, between R3'500 and 18'500 per closed deal
Requirement: Sell 2 SLA contracts per month (the idea is that commission will double the salary if 2 deals are closed in a month)
KPI: lead generation, appointment generation, customer presentations, closing deals, after sales support for further commissionable sales
Probation period: 6 months

***Salary - R30,000.00. Basic + Commission (uncapped, extremely high earning potential, between R3,500.00. and R18,500.00. per closed deal)
