Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for our range of products and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the regions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor on our product offering.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A willingness to travel is needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- IT Skills (excel, word, power point).
- Refrigeration Industry Experience preferable.
