About the position

Our client is a national wholesaler of premium frameless glass fittings and aluminium systems, with branches in Johannesburg (HQ) and Cape Town. For over 14 years, they have helped glass and aluminium fabricators create stunning architectural features - from frameless showers to shopfronts, balustrades, and office partitions.

They are looking for a smart, technically-minded External Sales Representative to join their sales team in Johannesburg. This is not just a sales job - it's a blend of relationship management, technical consultation, and strategic growth. In this role you will be on the road, meeting clients, delivering product and software training, and playing a key role in expanding their customer base.

Your Mission

• RECRUIT - Bring in new fabricators, glass shops, and aluminium businesses.
• EXPAND - Grow sales with existing customers by showcasing the full product range.
• CLOSE - Land large-scale, high-value projects.
• CLAW BACK - Reignite relationships with lapsed clients.
• PROJECT - Run strategic sales campaigns with clear goals and ownership.

What You'll Need

• Sales diploma or similar qualification ideal
• Valid driver's license
• Strong Excel skills
• 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp software and hardware applications
• Quick-thinking, personable, and trustworthy
• High attention to detail and strong admin skills
• A passion for solving customer problems
