What you'll be doing You'll be representing premium marine propulsion systems and related products across the commercial and leisure sectors. Your days will involve visiting clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotes, managing the full sales process, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support. You'll attend trade shows and industry events, contribute to strategic sales planning, and provide insightful reporting to management. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure timely delivery and service, always putting customer satisfaction first. Based in Paarden Eiland, the company operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, and you'll be part of a culture that values loyalty, consistency, and results. What you'll need You bring at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the marine industry, ideally with propulsion systems or power generation. You have strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's licence, and comfort with national and international travel. Knowledge of logistics, import/export processes, supplier management, and systems like MS Office (Pastel is a plus) will serve you well. You're self-motivated, goal-driven, and commercially savvy.
