?? We're Hiring! External Recruiter – In-Office Position | R15,000 Basic + Up to 20% Commission ??

Are you a driven, people-savvy go-getter with a passion for sales and talent sourcing? Ergasia, a leading recruitment firm, is expanding, and we’re looking for an External Recruiter to join our energetic team!
?? What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries
• Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base
• Source, screen, and present top candidates for our clients’ roles
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client briefing to offer stage
• Meet and exceed performance targets while building a robust pipeline

?? What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience a must). 
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Resilient, results-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working full-time in-office – this is not a remote or hybrid position
