Minimum requirements:
- Matric.
- Must be Afrikaans.
- Relevant studies will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience within a similar position.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Request quotes and follow through to execution.
- Present and review monthly marketing expenses with the manager and follow up on corrections with finance.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports containing various statistics and figures.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly marketing expenses.
- Answer, filter or forward all marketing-related enquiries and view various marketing campaign catalogues, including price checks, spell checks and product photo checks.
- Coordinate embroidery and engraving for promotional items or clothing for events or sponsorships.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing-related projects.
- Event Management:
- Arrange and oversee events, including budget preparation and presentation.
- Assist in planning, organising, and attending events such as shooting events, in-store events (evenings), company partner collaboration events, golf days, and other company events.
- Ensure logistics, materials, and schedules are effectively managed.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all branding material such as banners, back walls, blimp barriers, etc.
