About the position

EXPEDITER
 
A reputable company based in Mthatha is seeking to appoint an experienced Expediter to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in an expediting, procurement, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver's licence advantageous
• Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite orders and deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects and operational requirements
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor order status and identify potential delays
• Ensure all required documentation is received and processed timeously
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
• Assist with procurement and supply chain coordination activities
